From the very beginning, Emily Gibson knew her calling was children. Over 30 years ago, she began her journey in early childhood education — and she hasn't looked back since.
As a mother of three children (ages 24, 21, and 13), Emily has lived every stage of childhood alongside the families she serves. She understands the sleepless nights, the first steps, the kindergarten jitters, and the after-school chaos — because she's been there herself.
Her teaching background gives her a unique edge: every activity at Rain and Shine is purposeful. Whether it's a sensory bin for infants, a counting game for toddlers, or a science experiment for preschoolers, Emily designs each day with development in mind.
